So far UT has been closed one and half times this semester because of snow. On Wednesday night we got about 6 inches or so of the white stuff here in the Knoxville area. In addition to the snow, there has been a jet stream that has been pushing artic air way down south, even as far as Florida. This means that it has been bone-chillin’ cold. Of course, this is nothing for the northerners who are used to the cold over the winter, but Knoxville gets pretty mild winters with only one week that it is very cold (~20F). Skip doesn’t like the snow very much but we captured some of his play time on the video camera.

WOW! am I old or what??? things have been crazy here at our household. Last weekend we had 7 inches of rain, and the past two days we have had rain. The rain is good for the ground, but bad for our roof leak. Nothing too exciting right now, Gray and Guinness visited us last weekend, so it was good to see “like the color”. We also was able to acclimate Guinness and Skip together since our dog Skip has responded to other dogs too well. Now they are best friends and you could tell that Skip miss her. I am hoping to have some new pictures here and there when we can post them!
