In this episode, I talk about my Flying Monkey (Harpeth Hills) Marathon training from the time frame of around 17 days from Race Day (11/22/2009). I try to address some of the issues that have been plaguing my running and strategies that I took for an abbreviated Training Plan. This will be my second running of the Flying Monkey marathon. Episode 27 will be about my Taper period and strategies for Race Day. I am anticipating having Episode 28 be a race report from the marathon itself, but that will depend on scheduling, as we are going to be traveling to California the day after the race for a week.
