LOL... I just caught up with all of your running posts about the marathon. WAY TO GO TERRY! Wow... You are awsome! I had to laugh at the part about you sqeezing the gel prematurely and getting that goo all over the place, I'll be back looking for that photo. It made me giggle for obvious reasons, but also, this summer was the first time I'd ever had the gel during a very long hike with DH, he insisted I needed some, but I was dubious...it surely didn't LOOK like anything I purposely wanted in my mouth. I was right and when I told DH WHY I wasn't going to be ultra receptive to it, I did a show and tell at the same time...he almost threw up. I'll say this though...it gave me the perk I needed to finish the hike and make it back to the car!
