Wonder Woman

I need alot more adjective for My Lovely and Talented Wife. Holy Schmoly! She arranged it so that tomorrow morning, I can go run my long run! I KNOW! [Warning Pun Up Ahead] So in one swift write of a note, I am back in the running for the marathon! I do have to actually sign up for the race, give them money and coordinate schedules, but I will wait to see how my run goes before I decide to commit, or see if I can commit. Alternatively, there is Huntsville… but my little brother isn’t there anymore and so the glamour of running Huntsville is not as shiny.

So, I am in the process of working out a 20 mile course. I have a 22 mile course that I have used in the past, but it’s a little boring in the 8-14 mile range and so I am looking for something else. The one that I am making when I took this blog break stays close to my house and incorporates running through the Historic Concord section and through Concord Park (the trail park that close to my house) among other places. The biggest logistics hurdle is supplies. I will carry some with me, but my path is all over the place, so stashing stuff is not necessarily that easy, but we will see. I do have a run around a convenience store. No, seriously, the route is to loop around the convenience store in the case that I need to get something to eat/drink.

So, *High Five* to the wifey. Rock on!
