Welcome to May

Before I was getting ready to type something updating you all on my “rub”, I receive a call from my doctor’s office.

“Hi Terry, this is ****** from Dr. ********* office, he said that you return to doing your normal activities!”

“That’s great news,” I said sitting calmly but jumping up and down pump fisting my arms like Hanz & Franz from semi-old school SNL in my mind.

So there you go… green light from the doctor to get back on the road. [insert pun here] But here’s the rub, I am coming off a rather sticky head cold that I have had for the week. So, I might try something tomorrow or Wednesday.

My weekend was but a flash in the pan… had a workshop both Saturday and Sunday, so that put a damper on plans BUT the weather was crap on Saturday and chilly on Sunday, so I’m not crying!

I have a some what busy week coming up with the last of the last of the last of the comments on my Fishy Fishy paper… soon it will be published to the internet… Wow! Just think… I’ll be published. Oh wait, I’m already on the Department of Labor website and credited with vague author credits. Oh well, just having my thoughts and work published on the internet is something I will cherish for as long as I can remember…ZZZZzzzzzzzzz

Huh? What… must have bored myself to sleep. We are also having a big wig from DOL come down to say “Hi”, which is always a treat. Well, I have to cut this short… I got a play with my boys in Kroger (grocery store)… run down the aisle full speed and let them go and see how many cans they can knock over. And of course, no helmets, no whimpy safety belts and with the green light from the doctor… no HOLDS BARRED!!!
