    Streetcars

    Filed under: Life In General;

    I almost pity John, who will no doubt feel the wrath of her Majesty as her ruling on a name did not hold up in committee. If you go back to my Sicko post, I mention Stella. Now, Marianna was thinking of… (there it is) Tennessee Williams drama A Streetcar Named Desire. Leesa was thinking of names of camera.

    Now the 3 Panel Naming Committee thought long and hard about the name of the camera…

    [WE STOP THIS BLOG ENTRY FOR AN EMERGENCY! AT 3:20pm TERRY GETS A CALL FROM JENNIFER SAYING "GET HOME NOW!!!!!". NO DETAILS WERE GIVEN... 23 MINUTES AND A COUPLE OF TRAFFIC INFRACTIONS (NOT CAUGHT) TERRY GETS HOME TO DISCOVER THAT THE ELDER AND THE YOUNGER HAD GOTTEN INTO THE PEN DRAWER... WAIT... MAKE THAT THE PEN DRAWER WITH SHARPIE AND DECORATED: THEMSELVES, THE CABINETS, THE REFRIGERATOR, THE FLOOR, THE OUTSIDE DOOR, THE FOYER WALL, THE GARAGE DOOR, THE BATHROOM SINK, THE TV TRAYS, THE SOFA AND LASTLY, THEMSELVES. THE BLOG WILL CONTINUE NORMAL OPERATION ONCE CLEANING EXERCISES HAVE BEEN COMPLETE. THANK YOU AND HAVE A GREAT AND COLORFUL DAY.]

    I have a few, but most of the damage was cleaned (before pictures) as a lesson in responsibility.

  3. Yes, you absolutely much capture this on film. Then, get rid of every permanent marker you own…

    I think all kids go through the “write on themselves and everything else” phase. With two, the elder sometimes decorates the younger.

    With mine, our white walls became the younger child’s canvas….

    Wait until they start “cooking”… :-)

    Cooking? Oh man…

    I did get some picture of them, so I will have to get them uploaded and all that jazz… I think that they must of taken turns writing on each other…

  5. I don’t know about markers, but WD-40 takes crayon marks off the wall.

    My daughter gets into the pens all the time. The funniest time was when she got a marker and painted her toenail black so that it matched my black toenail that I got from my first half marathon.

    Good luck on the cleanup.
