    Mark(er) My Words

    Filed under: Life In General;

    Locks have been put on the pen drawer plus a couple of other drawers that I was waiting to get around to… I know know… I should foster this creative juice but I would prefer the medium of choice to be paper.

    So I took a few pictures (with Stella) now that the cat is out of the bag… and have them in a photo album over on Planet3rry Album area. Here’s the link to the album.

  1. Isn’t this just one of those rites of passage all parents must go through? I hope the cleanup went well. Sharpies are one tough thing to clean, sorry I don’t have any tips.

  2. Colorful place ya got there! I’m especially a fan of the seemingly metallic sharpie on the wood finish. That’s spectacular! Hope cleanup went well…Mr. Clean Magic Erasers can work wonders! (speaking from experience)

    Hope you get a run in soon!

  3. Oh man, that’s some funny stuff there. Dad, you’re such a fuddy duddy. Putting locks on cabinets. Hmpf.

    Rite of Passage, yes. I can’t wait until it involves an automobile…

    Yes, the power of magic eraser… I don’t want it to take off the finish though, but it works well on the walls.

  6. OH MY LORD!!!!! You have my sympathy. Looks like a ton of work will have to be done! I am glad that you are a dad with a good enough sense of humor to photograph it. What lucky kids! I hope Jennifer is coping as well!

  7. That is too funny… maybe not for you, but I love it :)

  8. So I see you’re raising a couple of budding taggers… just wait until they discover spray paint! ;-)

  9. [...] (How could I forget) With that whole Sharpie fiasco, I forgot to finish talking about Stella. Below, you should be able to see a topless picture.. if [...]

  10. [...] I don’t have pictures of the aftermath. I could get a picture of writing on the wall, but it wasn’t as funny (after the fact) of the kid’s using each other as a canvas during the first Sharpie Incident. [...]
