I have my neurons, the ones that work anyway, thinking about a few things. Firstand foremost it’s about my photoblog. Currently, it’s on my home site (as a subdomain) but it’s infest with so much spam, that eggs, bacon, spam and spam wouldn’t make it any better.

Rewind to last night when the CokeRewards Princess Leesa noted on her blog that she had signed up for Shutterchance (she’s snapshotz) an online hosting site for photoblog. It seems that shutterchance has everything that I need in a photoblog and all though I prefer to have control over the look and feel of my online presence, I think this might be a good match.

I also owe you out there who voted for what I should make for the party. I have good news and bad news. Bad news first: I am not making anything for the party tonight. Good news: I do intend on making them so the whole “get some free Christmas goodies” is still in effect. Later this afternoon, I will announce the winner.

I thinking on whether I want to give blood today or not. I really should, mainly for selfish reasons… I want to be the very very small percentage of the population who give 3 or more times a year. Here at our blood donating place, Medic, that’s called being a [queue Superman theme song] Super Donor and you get an extra special postcard, an extra certificate stating your credentials and an extra special limited edition Super Donor Tshirt.

Another selfish reason is that giving blood is going to play havoc with my running. The lack o’blood is going to make running significantly harder for the next 3 weeks. However, if I do it now, I can be in prime shape for Calhoun’s 10 miler in January. So, I should go ahead and do it now. If I didn’t do it now, I would do it right after Christmas, as UT is closed that whole week, so I can get some stuff done.

Ahhhhhhhhhh Screw it… I’m going to give blood. Somebody out there needs it more than I need it to run 5 miles today.
