Monday

Oh let’s see… during the time that I was getting my WordPress site up and running, a few things happened. Of course, I can’t remember them all but I will try to remember.

The one that had the most impact on me, because I had to rearrange my schedule was that Mobile Phone, the one that died just a little while ago, started to eat batteries. On my 3rd trip to Sprint with the same diagnosis, they determined that it was the phone and not the batteries that were bad. I was able to get a replacement phone, but the problem is that they could not restore the address book. Actually it was the address book from 2 phones ago they could not revive and I had only put in about 10 numbers in the phone that just died. The new phone only has 4 maybe 5 numbers in it. I’ll mess around with entering numbers when I have sparetime or when I can multitask (like watching football).

My running has been slow, but steady. I continue to train for the Phedippidations WorldWide Half Marathon, but have missed my long runs for the past 2 weeks. I was able to get a trail run on Sunday the 3rd, which was nice, but I have been battling poison ivy since then… ugh.

I did run today at a 8:08 mile pace. I did not keep real split times, but I do have the map link, if you are so inclined to see my 3.3 mile run today. I may try to expand on this route, as this was a relatively new route for me. The problem is that I cross traffice twice and that is a pain as well as a time waster. The run part along the river is not that scenic either, I mean, how pretty can two cement factories get?

The podcast that I have working on is on hold right now. I have a little content, but I don’t have time to edit it. I do have a working title for the podcast and so that helps out with the motivation, but I need to get some practice in efficient editing. I haven’t forgotten my VoicePosting, but it turns out that I don’t have the LiveJournal numbers in my new phone… yet.
