Wednesday Speed

Okay, I want to get these split times out in the internet so that I can MOVE ON to bigger and better things, like “who needs a comment”. No seriously, I thought that I would have a good time out on the track, but within 3 laps I was building up that lactic acid fast! So, I changed up a bit and shortened the length, but increased the intensity of the workout. Instead of 400 meters laps, it went to 100 meter sprints. Not enough of them, but a good workout to keep some speed as I begin to plan the 22 mile route for Saturday Morning! WOO-HOO! I better go check the weather channel. And as my Voicepost predicted, the bag of Mini-Eggs has vanished… so to be reborn as “not-so-mini-eggs”, ewwwwwwwwwwww. I know that Marty is going to run tomorrow, but I will more than likely hit downtown for about 4 or so… something to clean out the speedwork from today in preparation for Saturday's Run
