Not a train wreck

It wasn't all that bad today and like normal, I started out too fast. I could tell in the first 0.5 miles that I was in trouble or would have to cut the run short. I was going to run 4 miles, but ended up running only 3 miles and that was a good thing. I had enough juice to make it up the Lake Loudon hill without any problem. I'll be sore tomorrow but if the weather holds out I will be running again tomorrow. Saturday if a babysitter can appear! Poof!
