I stepped on the scale today and it read 170… Goodness. I know that I am not fat by any stretch of the imagination, but I'm gaining some pregnancy weight again. When Eric was born, I was up to 178 lbs which sparked a no-sugar product, atkins type diet for 30 days that morphed in counting calories for 2 months. I ended up losing a maximum of 25 lbs (Dec 7th @ 153) of course that diet took a toll on my running.

Okay, now here is the funny part… my BMI number.
at 170 and I am 5'8″ my BMI number is 25.8 which has me as OVERWEIGHT
My “Normal Weight” Range is 122 – 163.5

So what do I think? I am carrying anywhere between 10-25lb of muscle in my tree-trunk soccer legs.
