We had an eventful weekend, lots of ups and downs and craziness.

For a while now, we have been contemplating getting a new vehicle. Not that we don't like our 2000 Xterra, but that it is very high for Jen to climb in and out of, plus getting Eric in and out of the vehicle is so much more difficult for her with it so high. So a minivan was in our queue to check out and see what was available. We liked the Quest, Sienna and Odyssey and those were our main vehicles to check out. Earlier in the week, we received a letter from Toyota of Knoxville talking about a Sales Challenge they are having and that we have been invited to receive special pricing on a Toyota. So we figured that we'd go by Honda (next door) and check out Toyota. We'd already seen, and liked the Quest, but hadn't played in the new Sienna or Odyssey although we have driven/ridden in later model versions.

We decided to go to Honda first to see what they had and then go to Toyota. We went inside of Honda to find a sales person, and met a nice gentleman named GP. We found out that they just had gotten a 2004 Odyssey the previous night and if detailing and servicing were done with it, we could take it for a test drive. It was a silver odyssey EX (top of the line) with an additional DVD player already installed. Although, we didn't need a DVD player, it was a nice feature. Also, BOTH sliding doors were powered. So you could either open the door by hitting a button on the console or using the remote, a very nice feature. We also looked at a 2002 model that had some of the features but not all. We told GP that we'd like to see the vehicle in the daytime and that we'd be back the next morning. We only had a little while to get over to Toyota before they closed. So we went over to Toyota and the sales guy that we got was high on life. He was high energy and was veyr much like Troy from the first apprentice in his sales technique. We saw a couple of Siennas that were really nice but the price tag on them were quite steep.

We went home and did homework. We figured that we'd go back to Honda and see what we could get for the Xterra. So we researched online a number of places on trade in values for Odyssey and prices for what they should sell for from a dealer. One problem, our babysitter, over booked herself and was not going to be able to make it in the morning. So our dilemma was to either 1) one of us go alone or 2) bring Eric. Since Jen and I work better as a team, we decided to go together and that Eric would just have to deal with it.

After about 4 hours of deliberation, we came home with a Silver 2004 Honda Odyssey. So that makes us a Honda Family! I will post pictures of it when I get them.

Oh, Eric's picture albums for 2004 are up and running. I now have to see what 2005 pictures we have to albumize. As for the boppy pictures, they are officially closed as of Month 16. We haven't been up to taking his picture every tuesday. We will do a Baby Incognito Boppy picture, so don't worry. Speaking of BI, we go in for another ultrasound tomorrow.

I was deathly ill on Sunday, so there was no running this week. This is not a good thing since I needed to get 10 miles in for my training. I hope to run tomorrow afternoon, but with the current forecast it might be on the dreadmill… yuck!

Miles for February = 76.4
Miles for 2005 = 126.4
Days until the Marathon = 19

Hunches

Back in the day, when you took a multiple choice test, your teachers/professors would say “Go with your initial guess, it's probably correct.” There is some truth to that matter, plus with other techniques at how to work those tests, you can have a better success rate than pure random guessing. But what this preludes is that of hunches, your own spidey-sense, woman's intuition, etc. I have a interconnection to my spidey-sense, in that, when I have a hunch or if something “seems” to be correct, I go with it. Often, I end up with the correct answer.

Yesterday, I decided to forego my better judgment and I paid for it, well, not really, but the potential was there. At lunch yesterday, I went swimming at the aquatic center. On my way out, I had a thought “Hey, you need to check the locker one more time” but I thought, “I have everything, what could I have left behind.” So I get back to my desk and later in the afternoon, I wonder where my wedding ring might be as it is not on my hand. It is not uncommon for me to stash away in my desk or bookbag or with my change when I do sports. I have walked a couple of times with people on the soccer field looking for a ring, not fun. Anyway, I could not remember taking it off, I remember where I had it last and that was Tuesday after running, it was in my running bag and I thought that I took it out. I wondered if was in the aquatic center because that was the last place I would have taken it off (if I had it on) but it might be at home somewhere. So, I got home and it was no where to be found. Hmmm, so I remember my “hunch” that I dismissed yesterday and decided to go to the aquatic center to see if it had been turned in to the lost and found. Nope. The only logical place that it could be, unless I dropped it some where, was the locker. I went and found the locker that I use yesterday and there was my ring, sitting on the bottom, plan as day. I wonder if anyone saw it saying “That guy is going to be in trrrrouuuble!”. Luckily, no one took it and now I have it again. YAY! SO I have to listen to my hunches, even if it is only walking 15 feet, else the ending might not be as happy.

Website Changes

Today, I made some minor website changes to the main jenandterry.com website and my section of that site. In jenandterry, I put a current picture of Eric (January in New Orleans) along with a few webalbums that I had on my cruzer drive. I have about 15 more web albums to create and upload, plus pictures on Jen's camera that still need to be downloaded, sorted, and edited. With the computer programs these days, it doesn't take too awful long to create the web albums, but to keep all the pictures organized, it does. I use Web Picture Creator and Dreamweaver to update the websites. My blog, this thing, I edit this online at livejournal.com and it's linked to my part of the website (www.jenandterry.com/terry). This way, I do not have to load up Dreamweaver every time I want to edit my blog.

I ran some Yassos last night with Marty Velas around Tom Black Track. I was able to hold with him at a 4 minute 800m pace (about an 8 min mile) for four laps. The idea of a Yasso (named after a dude named Bart Yasso) is that you can predict your marathon time by how long it takes you to run 800m intervals. The protocol for this type of training is as follows: You want to run a 4 hr marathon, then you want to run your 800m in 4 minutes, then followed by 4 minutes of recovery jogging, then a 4 min 800m, recovery, repeat. This is an excellent interval training, which you can do about once a week, building on the number of repeats that you do. The Runner's World article about Yasso 800s is at this link.

Didn't get to see Eric yesterday with tutoring. Such is life on Tuesdays, but I will when I get home be on Eric duty for the night as Jen makes some calls in the early evening. Wednesday is our date night and the movie that we'll be watching tonight is Shrek 2. Heard it was good.

I forgot the cable to my camera today, else I would have picture of the finisher's medal Myrtle Beach this past weekend.

I have been active in the posting on the Knoxville Marathon Forum. One thing that I did today was to look back at the past 10 years on March 20th to see any patterns in the weather. Well, there has been precipitation for the last 6 year on March 20th. So, will it hold that it will rain on us on March the 20th, or will it be dryer. DUN-DUN-DUN…

Mr. 3000!

Mr. 3000? What is this all about? Well, it marks a running milestone , I have logged in over 3000 miles (since 1998). I am actually at 3019, since the marathon was a chunk of miles in the ole logbook. I am not sure how many shoes I have gone through since then, I might be able to figure it out, but I am not going to. I'll be running today on the track to give my muscles a little workout to get rid of the residual soreness. Today, they have been sore, but I have been able to transverse stairs rather easily.

Eric and Jen had an eye appointment today, but no word yet. If I hear before I post this blog, I will include it.

Eric was great over the weekend, he did very well in Myrtle Beach. He didn't get to play with his cousins very much over the weekend, which was all the same since Will was recovering from a virus. Devaney and Andy drove down from Wilmington to see me after the marathon. It was really good to see them, plus this was the first time that Andy had seen Eric. They didn't get to stay very long, but I was so tired that I fell asleep after they left.

Jen had a successful time in Myrtle Beach with her 2 debuts. 3 new unit members! YAY! But she has been wiped out for 2 days. Yesterday, it was like raising the dead to get her to wake up from an evening nap. I was out on Security patrol last night in the subdivision. For the first hour, I brought Eric with me so that Jen could sleep. He just sat there looking out of the window while we patrolled the neighborhood. It was a quiet evening and nothing exciting was happening, probably because it's not that warm outside and gets dark early still. Each homeowner takes turns doing a security watch for one night about every 16-18 months for a 4 hour stint.

Myrtle Beach Race Report

Training Motto: Destination Knoxville
As part of my training for the Knoxville Marathon, I ran Myrtle Beach since all the logistics fell into place.
Here is the grade:
Expo/Registration: C ; The lay out of the expo and registration had something left to be desired. It was a little maze with not very much help in where to go first. You had to mill around the expo displays to find the registration in the back of the main room, this was where you picked up your number. You then had to go back out, through the crowd and expo to go to the chip table, which you then had to go to another table for chip verification (and there was a problem with everyone’s ages). They you had to go to another room to get the shirt. So with a couple hundred people in the lobby area, it was rather packed and difficult to first figure out where to go and then how to get there. The saving grace was that one of the sponsors, a local brewing company was giving out beer, to those of age… of course.

Race Goody Bag: B ; No plastic bag full of paper literature or a sample size of aquaphor or tylenol 8-hour. Nope, the only paper stuff you got with your number was medical information. The reprieve was you got a bag… a blue ergonomic saddle bag big enough to hold a good sized book with a cell phone pocket on the strap with the race logo.

Weather: A- ; The weather was great. It started a little cold about 30 degree at start time 6:30, rose to 49 in 2 hours and was low 50s by noon. It was warm in the sun but with a slight breeze, the shady parts were cold. If it had been cloudier, I think that would have been ideal, especially at the end where there was no shade for the last 5-6 miles.

Course: C+ ; You don’t get to see much of the ocean, just a bunch of hotels. There was (it seemed like 2 miles) of road around mile 17-18 where the top layer had been peeled off and was very uneven. You could see the beach here, but were concerned about footing.

Volunteers: A+ ; They were OUTSTANDING! They were everywhere and always cheering the runners.

Official Course Support: A ; Aid stations were well marked and there were ambulances at a number of locations. The police were awesome and saw a couple of them chewing out motorists for not listening. “HEY HEY I didn’t tell you could go! What were you thinking!?”

Finish Line Spread: C ; Not a whole lot of food for the runners afterwards, but it was appreciated. Dasani water in cans is not very good.

Shirt/Medal: B+ ; The shirt design was nice, nothing too over the top. They stuck with simple and it paid off. The medal was a rectangular medal with the number “8″ and was nicely done. I’ll try to get a picture of it soon.

My Race: C+ ; Race time was 6:30. The alarm went off at 4:45 and I tried to reset it for 5:00, I woke up at 5:30 (whoops). Thankfully, I made it to the race start with about 5 minutes to spare. I heard a gun go off before I saw the start line and it was for the wheelchairs… I wish that I had been there earlier, apart from less stress, I could enjoy the prerace excitement a little more before starting out. Given the forecast for weather, I had foregone my ‘almost tights’ and chose the shorts, I had a longsleeved coolmax shirt under a short sleeved shirt plus hat and gloves (it was cold). If figured I could ditch the gloves and shirts (they were cheap) if it got too hot.

My plan at race start, run but not race the first half, then switch to run/walk for the remainder of the race with more walking after 23.

Miles 1-4 [0:42:34] The first few miles were fairly crowded, although not “running on top of you” crowded, but there were a lot of people. There were a bunch of discarded shirts and gloves on the road side although it hadn’t warmed up that much. At this point, I was running comfortably, just checking out the scenery, listening to people’s conversations… At the mile 4 water stop, one of the runners was running in the middle of street and decided to discard her water. So, she dropped it right at her feet. Little did she know that a faster runner was passing her at that moment and it splashed on her. The fast runner said “thanks” very sarcastically and passed her by a few strides. The water-dropping lady said “sorry” kind of meekly, obviously not meaning to have splashed her. About a 0.1 of a mile down the road, the water-dropper caught up to the other lady (as I was closer to the pace of the faster lady). I couldn’t tell what was being said, but I thought to myself that a cat-fight was going to happen and I had front row seats. Nope, oh well.

Miles 5-9 [1:35] Despite getting to see all the hotels on the boulevard, a lot actually happened on this stretch of 4 miles. At mile 4, I had the “sensation” that I needed to go to the restroom. However, there were long lines at the portajohns and didn’t want to really stop and wait. I knew I would to feel as I had to “catch up to speed”, so I waited for the right moment. At about mile 5.5 there was a group of 5-6 people huddled in the street. as I got closer, I realized that it was some person on the ground receiving some form of treatment. When I got to the scene, they were performing CPR on the runner, a male. As I passed, two other runners where running in the opposite direction to help out. My first aid/CPR has expired and I knew there was nothing I could really do to help, plus there was already a crowd around him. Less than a minute after passing him, I heard ambulance sirens, good thing for him too:

The portajohn lines are still long, and I hate to use them since (I won’t say all) women can’t go behind the building, so it takes more time off of their run for either 1 or 2. I had the idea, we are passing by the race headquarters hotel, why not stop there, there was a bathroom right in the expo area. So I dashed towards the door into the building and it was locked. Uh-oh. I quickly read the sign and it said something about the other entrance… okay, to the other entrance. I get into the lobby, now what? I think the people that were spectators of other runners thought I was funny-looking. I get into the lobby, looking at the signs for “restroom” and an arrow pointing me to a convenient locations. No Arrows, Uh-oh. But wait, a bar. Every bar has to have a restroom near it, for those who drink copious amounts of alcohol. Ah-HA! A restroom, and guess what, NO LINE. I am out of the door and back on the course in about 3 minutes, too slow by NASCAR pitstop times, but I was well pleased.

Mile 9, we are now on 17 business, which is the main roadway for businesses, and most of the streets are blocked off and supervised by police. However, there is one intersection that has no volunteers or police, but does have 3 impatient busdrivers. Highway 17 is a divided road, the right most lane was coned-off for the runners, leaving the other half of the northbound lane for vehicular travel. Well a gap opened up between runners and a very large passenger bus stuck its head out and made it to the other lane. His buddy, taking his lead, also made it out to the other lane. The third guy made it halfway, before he came into the path of the runners, a few who went around him, I saw a number of runners stop and some others were able to hop the sidewalk to avoid him. I was lucky to not have had to break stride for those guys.

Mile 9-13.1 [2:17] At mile 11, I saw on a info sign that it was 8:32 and 49 degrees. So we had been running 2 hours and it had risen about 20 degrees, I hope this wasn’t a trend! I decided that I would start the run/walk at mile 14 since it would coincide with a water station, it would make the transition easier. I could feel the first inkling that my legs were getting tired, but I still felt good.

Mile 14-20 [3:28] When I moved to the run/walk, I picked up the pace without realizing it. I went to a ‘run 9 walk 1′ interval and my pace at Mile 15 was 9:58, Mile 16 9:31 and Mile 17 9:44. I paid for it later, by 20 I was ready to switch to a run 4 walk 1. The road was really bad for about a mile around mile 18, it was like trail running except that it was asphalt. We were still protected by shade for most of the way, that wouldn’t last much longer.

Mile 21-25 [4:32] I switched to a run 4 walk 1 for a brief time, then went to a “walk for as long as I wanted, stretch and then run for a while” strategy. I carried with me two advil liqui-gels just in case I needed it in the later stages, which after this incident, will switch to Tylenol and use Advil the next day. They had been stored in my key pocket in my shorts and had been softened up nicely, at the mile 23 water station, I stuck them in my mouth to get some water to take them. Well, one of them burst in my mouth. What foul tasting goop, but let me tell you, it works. I could taste very little for the next few hours and had the aftertaste for quite a while. It the joy out of the Whopper Jr I had after the race.

The home stretch… I stopped with 1/2 mile to go to stretch and collect myself to make a good run for the cameras. The finish is two turns, the first turn is off the main road onto the road leading to the stadium (minor league baseball) at mile 26, 0.1 of a mile later is the second turn which is the straight away for the last 0.1 ot the finish. Right before the second turn, a guy cruises past me…and I thought, why not? So, I picked up the pace and was gaining on him. With about 30 yards to go he realizes that I am right on his heels and does his kick, and takes off. I finish right after him in a net time of 4:45:20. I congratulated him on his nice kick at the end.

At first, I wasn’t happy with my time, seeing that I want something more like 4:30. But I reminded myself that it was fine, it had been 2 years since my last marathon and I had forgotten somethings about being in the race of this size. I was glad that I had ran it, as it was a “dress rehearsal” for Knoxville and I know somethings that I need to work on before 3-20. Personally, it wasn’t hilly enough for me. The lack of hills, works the same muscles over and over again and I think made the last couple of miles a little tougher.

My legs have been sore, but not “I can’t walk down stairs” sore. I really to get back to running either tuesday or thursday, very light. I am skipping swimming today, although the weather is going to make huge pools outside!

I wanted to make sure that I updated my blog before we left for Myrtle Beach. I am not if I will update it while I am there, but I will try to get in a race report if at all possible. I am still pretty excited about running the full marathon distance and am unsure how fast I will run it or if I will pace myself slower than normal to conserve energy. Nonetheless, it should be just fine. I haven't ran since last Tuesday, which is ill advised but my legs will well rested. And it's not like I have not been exercising, I swam both Monday and Wednesday for a half a mile (800m).

Eric is doing fine. We got results back from his eye screening and they say that he might have some far sighted condition. I don't know what it is called hyper-something-or-other. But we will have a optometrist check it out.

I am almost done getting my computer back up to speed. I'll then be able to make Eric web albums and give you all something fresh to look at.

we, well… I, changed our BB&T checking account today to something a little more in our lifestyle now. It was no big deal, they were fast and friendly. I was pleased with the whole transaction, just the way that I like it.

On ESPN Sports Center, there was a highlight of a monkey dressed up as a cowboy riding on the back of a dog going through an obstacle course. It was hilarious… the monkey just thought that it was having a grand ole time.

I was thinking about the apple iPod, the Mp3 player that can hold to 40GB of music depending on the version you get. Currently, I have our complete CD collection ripped on one of the extra hard drives at home and it only take up 22GB (because of how I ripped the CDs). In essence, I would have all my music PORTABLE. I could play it in either car with the Cassette adapter for the headphone jack, or on the stereo with a RCA jack. But really, right now, I need something that is very portable with an armband… and inexpensive. Currently I am looking at a Creative MuVo Sport C100, Rio Cali, and RCA lyra 2010. All of them have MMC expansion slots (I have a 512MB card I can use), they have a armband included and have some form of a FM radio.

Did you catch the news about American Samoa? Cyclone Olaf took a stab at the islands. See Story They were pretty much out of the path with no major damage, but given the location and damage will take a while to fix.

Here's a funny… I have had gray hairs for a while now, mainly near my ears that Jen likes to point out. Well, now I have one prominent gray hair right on my forehead. I will have to take a picture… ahhh crap, I might start looking my age now! :-D
Miles for 2005: 91.2

Back from the dead

I have communed with the computer demons and have reached a conclusion. I must exorcise my old hard drive! On sunday, I went out to Best buy to purchase a 80GB HDD that after rebate would set me back only $40, something that I can handle. After playing some dosey-doh with my existing hard drives, my computer is back online! Woo-Hoo! I am now in the process of taking stuff off the corrupted drive and moving it to the new drive. I have come across that some of my American Samoa pictures are corrupted, but I have back-ups. It looks like Eric's pictures are all intact, so that is a relieve. I will have spend some time installing some software, like Office. Hopefully, and I mean this lightly, that I will have some new stuff for you next week, make that late next week. I know that some of you are going through Eric withdrawals right now… let me just tell you that Jen got a great picture of him!

I did not run all weekend due to the rain and cold. I am being a wuss and I know it. I really should have ran Saturday morning, but it was rainy and 40, so I was not very motivated to do a training run. As a result of Saturday, I am not in a short and quick taper period. Huh, what?! Marathon 101 in session, your teacher… Professor T-money aka Daddoo. The taper is a period of time, usually 10-14 days, before a marathon where the runner decreases the distance and amount ran per week. It is intended to rest the body and thereby having peak strength/stamina on the race day. I can see that you are already doing the math in your head… the Knoxville Marathon isn't until March 20th, that's FOUR weeks away. Congratulations, your intuitive thoughts have figured out that I am doing a marathon very soon, err, Saturday to be exact. On Saturday, I am going to run the Myrtle Beach Marathon for the second time. It didn't start out as this, I was originally supposed to run Straw Plains 1/2 marathon and Jen was going to Myrtle Beach for two Mary Kay events. When her transportation fell through, i.e. flying was too expensive, she decided to drive and I stepped up to be her driver. Now, I had originally tried to sign up for the half marathon, but it had already met its 2000 person limit. So, it was either run the marathon or run the 5k on Friday night. I was not going to pay $30 for a 5k, that is outrageous, so I signed up for the marathon. I can use this as a training run seeing that it will still be 4 weeks out from Knoxville. I should not have any ill effects from MB Marathon unless I get injured badly during the race. Myrtle Beach is really flat, so I doubt that any of that will happen. It will give me a good idea of how I will do at Knoxville, kind of like a dress rehearsal.

Miles for 2005: 91.2

Eric had a good weekend. we didn't get to go outside at all but he had some fun times inside playing. His language is improving every day. He can clearly say “Bubble” and can blow bubbles using the wand. He does the Ring-Around-The-Posey dance and falls down when we fall down. He is pretty strong too. He can carry almost 2 quarts of water from one end of the house to the other. He wanted to help filling up the humidifiers, so I let him. we noticed yesterday that Eric has been eating a lot the past few days, perhaps the onset of a growth spurt here. Jen said that he'll eat a whole banana by himself. He enjoys eating at the dinner table with Mommy and Daddy (Daddoo) but doesn't have the patience to stay there the entire time. Eric knows how a door knob works, but since all of our door knobs and light switches are a little higher than normal homes, he can only grab the doorknob, but can't turn it yet. When we sign “Old MacDonald” he can do the E-I-E-I-O except he says something like AH-E-AH-E-AH.

Another late night last night with my tutorees. I can’t really tell you how they did on their classwork, but I can tell you that I do enjoy this whole teaching gig that I have. At least the one-on-one stuff is pretty good. I think that I’ll need to take some graduate math classes so that I can teach at least Math at a community college level. I would like to go back for a Ph. D. in something, but that won’t be until Jen has her Mary Kay business set to were she is replacing my income, which we figure should be in about 4 years, give or take.

Last night before tutoring, I went to volunteer at a Knoxville Track Club event called “Art meets Science”. I didn’t get to stay for the speakers, but was the door greeter. I had fun with it while I was there. They had wine and lasagna, which I did not partake of any. I didn’t want my students to smell alcohol on my breath and lasagna is yucky. For those that don’t know, I could not eat any italien, tomato based substance, like lasagna or even spaghetti. This made for interesting times at function where lasagna is provided because it can feed the masses. Not me, I had to fend for myself, or just eat a lot of bread. I would get physically sick after eating these foods, which was odd because I liked tomatoes (or tomatos) on sandwiches and I didn’t mind catchup. (Kudos to Pulp Fiction that turned me on to French Fries and mayonnaise). I can eat spaghetti now, and most of the other pasta dishes, although I can’t stand going to Olive Garden. Their menu is just so hard for me to pick an item off the menu. I don’t have a problem with the other italian restaurants, so I don’t know why. My favorite way to eat spaghetti is to use Ranch Dressing with Hot sauce as my sauce, I can eat that NO PROBLEM.

I didn’t get to run last night, since I was volunteering. I am looking get out on the road on Sunday morning for maybe 6 miles or so. I have a weird ankle problem in my right ankle that just popped up. I think it maybe swimming related, but am not sure. At the base of my ankle, slightly on the inside, I have a tender spot on my right leg. It does not hurt to run, it’s not swollen and it doesn’t look like I hit it against anything (not that I remember). I think it started on Wednesday, but I can’t remember when, if it was before or after swimming. I don’t believe that it is running related, because although i did run swiftly on Tuesday, I didn’t have any “events” during the run. I was planning on running the Strawberry Plains 1/2 marathon on the 19th, but now it looks like I will be doing something different. Next weekend, I will be going with Jen to Myrtle Beach. It just so happens to be the same weekend as the Myrtle Beach marathon, how convenient. In addition, they are having a 1/2 marathon and a 5k as well that weekend. This left me with “Do I do the full marathon as a training run or do I race the half marathon” after some serious debating with myself and also putting the question out on the knoxville marathon forum, I decided that I would do the Half Marathon. This way, I can get a mid mileage run as a Tempo run or so I thought. It seems that the Half Marathon is sold out! So now here are my options: 1) Run the marathon as a long training run or 2) Race the first half of the marathon and then slooooowwwww down for the second half or 3) Run the 5k, which is expensive for a 5k $30 or 4) Do a run, by myself and it would not be very fast at all. Looking at the website, I can only imagine that the 5k is sold out as well. So know I do not know what to do… any suggestions?

Flurries

Flurries are what we had today, basically all day with some sunshine mixed in there to melt the snow. Here are some pictures of what it looked like at its peak prettiness.

Don't bother to look for the cool thing that was supposed to happen today. It probably won't happen until friday, maybe saturday.

My computer is still scanning… going on day 14 tomorrow. sigh… to have a computer

For Lent I am giving up Chocolate. I have done this before and it sucks. Well, it is only bad that I choose not to eat it and that it is near Easter when all delicious varieties are available. I think I will have to hoard massive quantities of chocolates for after Easter. One reprieve is that there are guidelines for Lent, that Sundays are days in which you can have/do what you gave. I, personally, think that this is cheating, but in this instance, I might choose to partake of some cocoa bean derivatives on Sunday. I must eat the Cadbury Creme Eggs… I must eat the Cadbury Creme Eggs…
